The Pavilion Food Factory is a fully HACCP and Codex Alimentarius CAC/RCP 1 – 1969, Rev. 3 certified state of art 17, 000 sq.ft facility, maintaining GMP standards, manufacturing fresh, frozen & chilled foodstuff for hotels, large supermarket chains, premium international restaurant groups and institutional catering under the strictest quality and hygiene guidelines. All group restaurants are backed up with centrally produced standardized, base sauces, gravies, precut meats and vegetables, salads from this facility.
